Terms of Service | Beyoneer v1.14 Pro

1. Acceptance of v1.14 Terms

By using the Beyoneer v1.14 Pro Suite, you acknowledge that this version utilizes remote APIs for enhanced functionality. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to these updated terms, including data handling for AI and remote execution.

2. Remote Code Execution (Piston API)

Beyoneer v1.14 uses the Piston API to compile and run non-web languages (C, Rust, etc.).

Your source code is temporarily transmitted to remote sandboxed servers for execution.
You agree not to submit code intended to exploit, DDOS, or damage the remote Piston infrastructure.
Execution is subject to the rate limits and availability of the Piston API provider.

3. AI Usage (BeyoAgent)

The BeyoAgent AI service is powered by Puter.js and Claude models.

Code snippets sent to the AI for debugging or generation are processed by third-party models.
While your main project stays local, "Chat Context" is transmitted for processing. Do not share sensitive keys or passwords with the AI.
AI-generated code is provided "as-is." Beyoneer is not liable for errors or security flaws in code generated by the Agent.

4. Data Persistence & Hosting

Local Storage: Your primary files remain in IndexedDB. Magma Mines cannot recover projects deleted by browser cache clearing. Export regularly.

Hosting: If you use the Beyoneer Host feature, your project is uploaded to our Firebase-powered network. You are responsible for the legality and copyright of the content you publish.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of your work. Magma Mines Team retains rights to the Beyoneer name, logo, custom v1.14 UI components, and the proprietary Redirection Engine logic.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Beyoneer to develop or host: phishing sites, malware, pirated content, or scripts designed to interfere with network services. Violation results in an immediate ban from the Marketplace and Hosting services.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Magma Mines Team provides this Pro Suite without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of remote runtimes, AI suggestions, or the loss of local project data.
